• Orders mean a request by You to purchase Goods from Us.

• Website refers to Percy’s Adventures, accessible from https://www.percysadventures.com

• You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.

All Orders are processed within 2–4 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If We are experiencing a high volume of Orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of Your Order, We will contact You via email.

Shipping charges for Your Order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

• Standard UK Delivery: 3–5 business days

• Express UK Delivery (if offered): 1–2 business days

• International Delivery: Delivery times vary by destination and may take between 7–14 business days

Please note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to postal service issues beyond Our control.

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once Your Order has shipped, containing Your tracking number(s), where applicable. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Please ensure all shipping information is accurate when placing Your Order. We cannot be held responsible for Orders delayed or undelivered due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

We currently offer international shipping to selected countries. Customs, duties, and taxes applied to Your Order are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the shipping cost.

Please contact Your local customs office for further information before placing an international Order.

We are not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If You received Your Order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged Goods before filing a claim.
